It is the firm belief of Alpha Gamma Rho that no student or potential member should undergo any form of hazing and any member caught hazing another will be removed from the chapter immediately. Rather, potential brothers are invited to numerous Gamma Beta events where they are encouraged to mingle with all brothers and get to know the brothers in the friendliest of atmospheres. At no point will any person be subjugated to harmful or negative conditions that degrade their confidence, self-esteem, or personal well-being.

We, the Brothers of Gamma Beta Chapter, commit ourselves to:

• Help provide meaningful programs and activities to help you learn about the history and Chapter operations of the Fraternity.
• Provide you with a "Big Brother" who will assist you and help you get to know all members.
